A long term recipient of the Dexter Associates Elite Award, Cheryl’s real estate career has always been focused with an eye to premier properties and equestrian estates. Cheryl remains the number one realtor in the Southlands, Vancouver neighbourhood.

Cheryl’s passion has always been horses and this, combined with her love of community, has resulted in her raising over 1.2 million dollars to expand the trail system throughout the Southlands neighbourhood. Cheryl and Team Dewson are long term sponsors of the Southlands Riding Club.

In her spare time, Cheryl runs a private stable and provides a permanent home for rescue horses. Look for her around the flats or in the clubhouse.  In the summer months she can be found ringside, handing out awards at Southlands Riding Club shows. 

Georgia comes from a family of Realtors, Real Estate Developers and Architects. She has spent over a decade of real life experiences working in the Global Fashion Industry. Now she is behind the lens with her wealth of knowledge for Team Dewson's marketing.

Elfrieda was born in Brazil and moved to Vancouver at a young age. Through her early education, became interested in real estate as a career. It’s no wonder that upon finishing her studies she gravitated to and got involved in the business aspect of managing and administrating a busy real estate office.

After 17 years of working in the office, her enjoyment of working with and assisting people led her to pursue real estate as a career out of the office. In 1994 Elfrieda became a licensed real estate salesperson, and through the years her clients have reaped the benefits of her vast experience. Later, she also became a licensed managing broker.
